turboskanker 2026-03-18 03:29:01 ET it’s been in the 80s° F in SF and humid as fuck the past couple days and SF doesn’t have air conditioning because it doesn’t get this hot very often and also it’s springtime allergy abomination time and let me tell you it’s 1:25am and i’ve awakened with endless snot production and post-nasal drip snot coughing-up coughs and i’m pooping and also just fucking misery generally speaking fuck. at least there’s poop involved finally.

spazztech 2026-03-18 10:26:39 ET Relatable. Any seasonal shift in the midwest pretty much puts me out of commission for a week. Which gets confusing because the seasons can shift multiple times a day.

turboskanker 2026-03-18 10:38:03 ET i remember that! i mean after coughing up a ton more green stuff this morning i am momentarily feeling somewhat better. who knows if that'll persist but i guess we'll see. supposed to be 81º again later today so my hope is limited.

guiltyasnin 2026-03-18 16:10:44 ET So glad I’m out of the poop equation. We have mosquitoes in my area right now. We’ve never had mosquitoes here like this. It’s the literal desert and there is enough humidity for mosquitoes. Not good.

turboskanker 2026-03-18 21:34:17 ET fortunately we don't get many bugs, mosquitos or otherwise (i mean we have them very occasionally but not many) because SF and the broader bay area have more bird species than anywhere else in this hemisphere and the birds just eat all the bugs. so i guess that's one upside while i ride out this heat purgatory. also earlier today while peeing i had a fart that somehow caused my left ass cheek to have a muscle spasm. i think that means i'm getting better, right?
