Pushups: 62 / 2 minutes
Situps: 70 / 2 minutes
2 mile run: 15:22

my brother did better than everyone else on his first PT test.

it takes me half hour to run 10 laps around the school track..hah so thats 2.5 miles in 30 minutes

What exactly do you do in the PT test, 2 mile run, then straight into pushups and situps???

no we do pushups first, then situps, then the 2 mile run

i'm sure there is a reason they do it that way, but i don't know what it is. your guess is as good as mine :)

My guess would be because you're excercising the arms, then the torso, and then the legs and if you do it the other way around you'd be too tired to even do a single pushup.
