2003-11-30 17:11:13 ET thanksgiving dinner was great. i ate lots of sweet potatos. *rubs tummy* friday the family and i head down to palm springs for a wedding on saturday. friday night we spent the night hanging out with the family at the rehearsal dinner. which was fab. i got to meet a swell amount of people. however my uncle was upset at all the gay looking straight men. he didn't understand this "metrosexual" thing. we had to explain it to him. he was very upset at this. i'm not however. viva la metrosexuals. heaven forbid a straight boy should use some "product". *snickers* saturday we got up rather early to go to the first wedding which was a vietnamese wedding. which was utterly beautiful. i was very strucken by the tradiation and just how interesting and beautiful it was. after the first wedding we went to the hotel to nap. then we got up and headed over to the second wedding, which was the american style wedding. which was utterly beautiful. it was the most amazing wedding i've ever been too. the theme was citrus. sylvia who is the groom's mother arranged everything, and made lots of stuff by hand. it was gorgeous. but having lots of money helps too. i met a rather amazing boy named steven, he and his boyfriend, were fabulous. they live in weho. so i got their number and we will get together soon. sunday: today we headed home. after a weekend of bugging my dad to let us stop at the dinosaurs in cabazon. he let us. :D !!!!!!!!! x one million. i squeeled when i saw them poking over the landscape. i pranced around i was soo excited. and now for the photo:  hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. |
