Embers Tonight

Washu 2002-12-18 19:31:20 ET A Christmas card from my step mom arrived yesterday. It had recent pictures of my siblings in it. I miss them. I have watched them grow up through pictures for the past nine years. I regret not being close and getting to know them as they have been getting older. *sigh* I think I'm going to go spend some quality time with my eyebrows now before heading out for the evening. It's something that's a couple weeks overdue. More apologies to those people also on my buddylist on stinkin' livejournal, I'll rarely be making original entries there. Something compels me to post something for my friends there to read, so I'll be reposting a lot of SK entries there. Just remember, I was here first and I like you guys a lot. And...I have to edit myself more there, so you (my friends) get the more juicy tidbits about my life. So there...

dollfullofrivets 2002-12-19 09:05:21 ET ahhh, juice tidbits, almost as good as sweet, sweet eye juices. i just recently went down to sd where my family has made their home, and after seeing my mom remarry, and my half brother had become his father, i dont think im going to get homesick for a long while. also being down their reminded me of why i left in the first place...but i feel its always best to go back once in awhile, just to remind yourself of where you come from, get a better understanding of who you are.
