2004-03-22 07:47:45 ET Went to see THE HATERS last nite. AMAZING set! G.X. used a amplified measurement scale w./ some fx processors/pedals that gave us an awesome sub-bass wavering effect that lasted near :30 min. G.X. was super cool to finally talk to also. We talked everything from noise to travel. Cool guy!  This morning Ashton and I sat down and watched a late 80's video on potty training... SCARY! I mean, i wasn't expecting a potty training nazi film as far as straight forward 'how to' or anything, but this was SCARY and cheesy! Ashton lost total intrest thru all of the silly songs and the plot changes(sorrounded by this little boys birthday party these children share w./ you 'how to potty.') What was REALLY frightful was watching the interaction between this mother and this 3 or 4 y.o. little girl. The mother was totally horse faced and was near and looks like 'TOGARD' from 'Rock n'Roll High School(the Principal)'. All the time this girl is trying to #2 she is getting really close to the girl(up in her face like...) and singing to her: "She's a super-dooper-pooper" EEEK! I would personally like my child to have the self-confidence to use the potty when needed and to have no fear of Daddy breaking into song when he uses the potty. Ashton *SERIOUSLY* tho' is doing AWESOME w./ the potty. 3/4 of the time he will get mine or Heather's attention to let him into the potty. It rocks! |
