something stupid written on the bus

There is a certain vanity in those who love the damned for their damnation. They love the quirk, the twitch, the delusion, and consider them to be gifts from above bestowed upon those chosen. Yet when faced with the cold reality that makes them the target of the delusion their vanity subsides just a minute bit and a voice is heard to proclaim "These people are crazy! Why won't they leave me alone?"

Those who only see the beauty in the pain of the mind are struck dumb when the pain focuses on them. To attribute true active intent of malice to the well-placed dwellers of the asylum shelter their vanity from the sharp shards of truth.

It is mighty plain to be vain against the grain but to say that mental pain is gain is to treat all water like the rain and thus drown while attempting to wade through the ocean.

Something else stupid written on the bus:

God Created Adam and Eve
Not Adam and Steve

Remember the Bible bus? I still have my theories as who would be allowed to write morally offensive shit from the Bible ALL OVER THE BUS.

My favorite bus graffiti has always been removing a few key letters, so that the front seats read: "Won't you please eat the elderly or disabled."

Eh, this isn't about religion. It's about how some people that I met treat mental illness aka insanity as some sort of positive thing. As if the person who has it has some magical outlook on life and they think it's all good. Then they meet people with true mental illnesses and they get freaked out and accuse them of being malicious because they don't want to admit that insanity isn't some happy funtime thing that you can turn on and off at will. Moo.
