Movin' on up...

Well, I'm in the process of moving out of the basement and into my old bedroom on the second floor. It's smaller but there's actual light coming in so I don't have to turn the lights on at noon. Am strangely busy. Got published in some Californian free paper. I think it's called Valley Weekly^2 but I don't know for sure. Should be getting a copy in the mail though. I should write some more articles and/or stories and sell them for actual cash. Having money is a good thing. Also, contacting old friends of mine whose emails I just found while moving some stuff.

Oh, and if I lent you "Pattern Recognition" by William Gibson I want it back. I just can't remember who I lent it to.

Hmmm... I've only ever read Virtual Light, Neuromancer, The Differance Engine, and the Burning Chrome short story collection. I found that his stories usually didn't have much... colour to them or something. They just mostly seemed kinda flat I guess.

I like them a lot. But I think that if you don't like his style of writing then you definatly won't be able to get into the story. So he's not for everybody. But for me he's great.

Phoenix: Read Count Zero. Out of the few Gibson books I've read I think that one is the most colourful.

Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson is a damn good read btw.

The Differance Engine had some style to it but that was with another author.
