2003-05-23 23:49:27 ET [ mood | relieved ] [ music | Tom Waits - in my head ] Last day of classes today...YAYAYAYAYA! I spent most of the day...ha, no, ALL of the day doing my final exam for film. That was fun. It came out pretty ok, except I'm really disappointed with my paper. The exam, i think was a job well done, but I'm very disappointed in my term paper. I think I will re-write it just for me, because I know I can do better. However, my planning was bad, and this is a paper I should have started writing DAYS ago. Boy, I sound like my mother, haha. No word yet from Festoon. I hope they call me back. I'm trying to be patient, because I know salons can be busy places, just like any other job that deals with the public. ::sighs and taps foot:: I'm 'sposed to call my best friend tonight, but I feel like crap. I'm tired, and I'm starting to feel like I'm coming down with a cold. Wouldn't that be perfect? I just finished school and have my freedom back, and then I go an catch a cold. Bah! ::shakes fist at Murphy:: Speaking of Murphy's Law, I saw someone else get hit with it, yesturday. It was the greatest thing. This woman parks in front of a bank's driveway exit, and lets her son out. She moves up a little bit, but she's still blocking the exit. When she parked, there weren't any other cars to be seen...but as soon as her son go into the bank, everbody and their mother was trying to get thrrough. Not only were there people wanting to get out of the driveway, but there were people going up and down the street as well, and this is a semi-narrow street, and there was really no room for her to be parked there. Haha...it was awesome. If that wasn't the parking gods telling her that that wasn't a good place to park, then I don't know what is! :P Anyhow...I'm really confused. I have no idea what to do, now. Well...after I cuddle with the piznuppy of course. ::melts:: I love her so. Then, maybe some...CHARLIE CHAPLIN!! yay :] |
