Jynx 2003-07-30 11:15:57 ET You know...sometimes you'll call your bank and get people who are super friendly and really nice and all that...and others you get these cold fish who act like they're doing you a favor by doing ANYthing for you...The whole process took, like, two minutes...was that so friggin' hard that you would have to be all, "Well, it's not really a fraud claim, blah blah" when I was told by both the Metro PCS and another wells fargo phone teller that I *could* do the fraud claim. BAH HUMBUG ON HER STUPID BUTT... Anyhow...I have my interview today...I'm nervous as hell...bah bah bah....and grumpy, now cuz that woman was so cold.. POO

The Reaper 2003-07-30 12:58:47 ET Why is it that all of a sudden businesses don't have to treat customers with respect? It's not even just banks anymore. But I treat everyone at work with respect and I'm always pleasent to them :)

I understand to a certain extent, though, cuz things are harder now then they were, so it makes people grumpy...but at the same time, they have to realize whenever someone comes into their store that it's not the customer's fault that their life sucks. I treat people with respect, too...unless they're a jerk...in which case I'm just professional...you know? But I give everyone a chance.
