So I paid my bill yesturday, right...and it says you're not supposed to hang up before you get your confirmation number after youve entered in all your crap and are waiting for this one last thing...well...my call got dropped while I was waiting...so i called back and checked my balance to see if it had gone thru...nope...I still owed them the $47 I owe every month...so I did it all again...
Anyhow...so i go to see how much money i have until payday...maybe I can afford to buy myself lunch tomorrow, right? NO! They charged me TWICE...transferred what I didn't have left from my credit card and I now have TWO payments...
So I called Metro PCS...and I was like "Dood...this is so not cool...fix it." And the lady says that A: I can call my bank and file a claim that says it was fraudulent...or B: I can wait 5 -8 weeks for a refund...I'm like...HELLO!! I"M IN THE HOLE BECAUSE YOUR SHOTTY SERVICE DROPPED MY FUCKING CALL!!!! Uhm...no? So the guy says, "Well, ma'am you willingly made that second payment, and I've just given you numerous options"...WILLLINGLY?!?!?!?! WILLINGLY?????????!!!! WTF? How about unknowingly...or I didn't want my phone to get shut off? HELLLLOOOOOOOOOO?? Fuckers...So i'm gonna file a claim with Wells Fargo...and I got a payday advance from them, too...I'm glad my bank loves me, at least. Bah....I can't wait until Monday...I will fix them. BAH! And payday after next...I'm SO going to get a new celphone service...maybe T-Mobile...we'll see. I have credit, now...so yeah...n'stuff.
