Muscle weighs 7x more than fat- it could be that you built up a lot more muscle and that put more "weight" on you. A friend of mine is almost twice my size, but only about 10lbs more than I am.. but in her case, it's all mush while I have a lot of muscle on me.
As for the eating.. it could be that your metabolism is high and you need to keep feeding it. Grazing all day isn't bad, it's WHAT you eat: cut out the junk food (i.e. the soda and chips), go for stuff like baby carrots with hummus, lots of fruit + veggies, and it's all good. |
