VIRUS ATTACK!!

Antipathy 2005-05-11 13:19:05 ET i accidentally clicked on a link in this girl's IM and almost got a virus.. my comp deleted all the spyware and adware, but now everyone on my buddylist is getting sent the link.. IF YOU GET ANY LINK FROM MY SN Deathinpinkshoes DO NOT CLICK IT!! i changed from using AIM to Trillian, hopefully that will help.. but im wondering how to totally get it off my comp!! help if anyone knows..
